I was very satisfied with the whole corse and especially the instructor. He explains everything very well, he goes above and beyond for every student.
it was a great class because we had a great instructor
some discrepancy in challenge exam 4 and 5. ITIL text had the exact questions at the end of the book and correct answer differed.
It feels great to learn difficult and challenging work.
Would say overall a good course but the lab used for 1002, would say at least for me was not as user friendly as I hoped. The Lab used for 1001 had a better approach.
Great class just a lot of information. Chris made it enjoyable
