there was a lot of material to cover I felt if I had more overall time I would have may been able to understand more of it. I had issues with the labs that were never resolved after sending emails back and forth so I ended up wasting a lot of hand on time very disappointing

Great course with a great instructor. I am not very computer savvy at all but Troy really helps understand the material.

i learned a whole lot. still trying to process.

The ITIL app we downloaded was a lifesaver and 100% helps towards passing the exam.

Great foundational course. I look forward to advancing myself in the IT industry and will look to increase my knowledge on ITIL Framework.

As I stated before I really did enjoy the class I just wish it started at 6 p.m. east coast time
