Mr. Mark (the instructor) did a great job at ensuring that each of his students understood the course material. The majority of the students in the class are pursuing a career change and IT is relatively unfamiliar to most in our class. I do not think anyone was ever embarrassed to say " I don't get it" or "can you explain that again". This is a true testament to our instructor's ability to teach.
Wonderful and knowledgeable instructor ! Knows a lot about what he does and genuinely cares about everyone .
The class was very informative. Having had no IT knowledge I learned more during this course about what IT means to an organization. I thought IT only involves fixing computer issues at the Service Desk level but I understand now that is just one aspect of what IT does. Once I understood what ITIL was I was fully engaged in learning the principles and the framework of IT.
My instructor was thorough in his training. he made sure everyone understood the subject and if not he didn't mind going back to explain. He gave advice and tips and many resources to help us out with studying .
KJ is a fantastic instructor he has the ability to use real world examples throughout his teaching also doesn't just read from PowerPoint slides he gives small quizzes to fortify what we are learning he has a up beat attitude so makes the class less mundane. I would defiantly recommend KJ instruct more classes.
Mr. Smith is a very good instructor. It is rare that you can find someone that can use real-world experience to help novice to advanced students relate to the course material. Mr. Smith is the type of instructor that ACI should keep because he is capable of explaining every domain in the Security+ course.

1002 was a lot easier to digest than 1001. It is rough working all day then trying to get my dead brain to learn. It would help if interactive questions would be held in the beginning of class rather than the tail end with 20 minutes to 11....
The course was as fun as it was informative. I feel like i was taught the material in a way that i could retain the knowledge easily. I definitely recommend this course to others
