Comprehensive course and good facilitation / presentation / delivery by the instructor, however to cover around 13 modules / sections for 5 days maybe too short of time and rush. Great efforts on the content preparation and love the instructor consistent energy throughout the session

Mr. Hamric is probably the best instructor I have had, even compared to traditional college. He truly cares about his students and will take time out of his own day to ensure everyone's success. Eugene also does a very good jobs of taking some of the more dry material, and making it interesting and more relatable. For my future coursework, I will absolutely be requesting Mr. Hamric as an instructor.

It is obvious to me that ACI Learning spent a considerable amount of time attracting top talent to guide their learners through the A+ certification process and Eugene Hamric is exceptional. His real-world experience and proscribed learning strategies brought more than what you would expect. I fully intend to reach out to him in the future, and he has already suggested a career course that I will follow. I highly recommend taking his 1002 class to anyone who wants the knowledge and skill-set to carry them with their best foot first. I'm looking forward to Network + and Security+ and I'm hoping to catch him for a second round.

One of the best classes online I've had, very fun and interactive. Eugene was good at explaining the course material and didn't proceed ahead unless he knew everyone was on par with the information provided.

Randy was a lifesaver. You can tell he really understands the material he's teaching and that is what's needed especially now with distance-learning.

A lot of information to consume in the time given for the course. However, the instructor was there to answer any questions needed and had no problem going over material more than once to ensure the students understood everything.
