I had very little interest in the course.

I'm not sure how to make this information "stick". Perhaps with time I will have a better understanding of how ITIL fits into the picture.

Great course! I learned a lot in the four days of training.

Very worth while, I was in this class many years ago and had to leave soon after it began, glad that I have finally finished EXCEL part 2 and looking forward to EXCEL part 3 next month!
