You need more mentors with way more flexible hours, like weekends and late night. I work from 8:00AM - 4:30PM sometimes 8:00PM. I NEED a mentor but don't have access to one. This was made clear before I signed up and I was told that I'd have lots of help. That was a lie!

Great course, might take it again just because it's a lot, but it was very effective in expanding my knowledge in IT.

This was my first course with ACI Learning, and I'm excited for my next course next week. thanks to the instructor the portal layout the accessibility to books, practice tests and more I was able to feel very comfortable with my learning capabilities during my Network+ course. normally I am very scared to take exams, and tend to second guess myself but thanks to the access to all the information including the instructor I was very confident during my exam which I passed and it feels great. I'm very thankful to be here and excited to keep going.

It was a good experience and overall a good class for someone that is brand new in the field. Great people in ACI and professor Bennett.
