Great course

Really enjoyed the course. Helped prepare me for CompTIA Sec+ exam.

Being able to learn the foundational level of IT this course has helped me so much. For my next steps I cannot wait to study more and get the certifications that I need in order to have a proper career change which is very much needed. Just remember it might be redundant but there is a purpose with each course but stay in there and work diligently you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to.

I enjoyed taking the class the only thing I would want would be for it to be a 3 week course instead of 2.

Overall a great course. My instructor made sure I felt prepared to take any exam and provided awesome life examples that we may encounter on our IT journey. He allowed us to apply the class knowledge to his real world examples, and that is always a great learning tool for me . Im very appreciative .

Thank you Chris and ACI Learning! I feel like I have a grasp on ITIL and have all the tools necessary to study and pass the exam! Though the student does rely on the education, it's on the student to practice and retain the knowledge. ACI and Chris supplied me with the need-to-knows, and multiple resources I can use for studying.

Great class.

Make the material more interactive including more daily exercises/practice questions instead of just slides. Combine PDF questions and answers into 2 pages instead of having to go back and forth into the student portal.
