I did enjoy it, but a lot of my time wasn't used effectively. I couldn't ask all the questions i wanted simply because there wasn't time to do it.

Don't spend too much time on one subject when the course is already a crash course then have to rush through the lessons. I have no IT background.

A lot of new information, difficult terminology sometimes make the simple objective of the ITIL much-complicated subject.

The current instructor is very knowledgeable and experienced but the accent barrier was an obstacle that was very difficult for me to overcome. To be direct, the initial instructor soured my overall experience with this course.
