I hope the other classes are as interesting as this one. It was a bit overwhelming in the sheer amount of content but the way it was grouped made it easier to absorb.
His lessons were engaging, useful, and he was very patient with everyone in class always encouraging his students to try and gave real world examples. I would highly recommend him to anyone interested in learning ITIL. I would also like if he taught other course and was with with thought-out the coming weeks.
I recommend adding more sample paper quizzes and having them accessible for the students to practice outside of school hours.

GOOD course , was surprised by the number of videos we watched as homework. BUT DEFINITELY UP TO SPEED.
Overall it has given me an understanding of ITIL as a whole that I can use in my future IT career.
I would highly recommend this course especially to transitioning military members looking to develop a good baseline of knowledge in a short time frame in order to get into the IT industry.
