I am glad this online class helps without the need to commute. The resources are also easily available.
GOOD course , was surprised by the number of videos we watched as homework. BUT DEFINITELY UP TO SPEED.
Overall it has given me an understanding of ITIL as a whole that I can use in my future IT career.
I would highly recommend this course especially to transitioning military members looking to develop a good baseline of knowledge in a short time frame in order to get into the IT industry.
Really, this course was great and I learned alot more than i had realized. And our instructor took the time to make sure everyone was able to pass. But those slides need some work
