I would recommend this to anyone. It really the importance of recognition and effective communication. It's niw something I would like further training in.

The training was very valuable as I work with groups of women to encourage them to start exercising to support their health and well being. Many of these women have struggled with their mental health and require support. The training gave us the knowledge and confidence to support someone when they are struggling with their mental health.
