Really informative and practical course

This training has made me more confident in recognising the signs of suicide and having a discussion about it with someone

Not an easy subject to deliver but completed with real professionalism.

I understand this is a sensitive subject and it can be triggering for people. I have personally experienced being there for someone who was considering suicide and I personally was more triggered by how unrealistic it was
