The trainer was excellent - great facilitation pace, I liked the amount of activity there was (breakout rooms, practical exercise to ask if someone is feeling suicidal). The detail about language was good and I feel I got a great deal from the session. I liked the addition of the app recommendation and practical advice and tools for supporting people

Very informative my only criticism is that we sat down too long and needed more interactive tasks to move around ! But content very informative Thank you
