Thank you…. I was dreading four days in front of my laptop, but it’s whizzed by and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent 'train the trainer' approach which will improve my skills in presenting and facilitating.

Thank you for such a great course

This is a very sensitive topic that was handled with such grace, humour and understanding. It was correctly paced and each person on the course was given an opportunity to discuss concerns etc. There was only one break out opportunity which was actually so beneficial as you get to hear other people's perspectives. One thing I did notice, was the group I was in involved all women. In this environment we felt safe and comfortable to share personal information. This might not have been the same if it involved men. However, I think it would be good to have a separate break out group which was mixed, for a more rounded and informed discussion.

Very thankful to tutor Will the delivery of SFA was excellent he explained all the content and expectations from the delivery of SFA so as from a learner perspective we knew exactly what to expect from undertaking the SFA course, showed good course delivery skills with a wealth of knowledge of SFA and was generating good learner participation in conversation related to SFA. Will has definitely helped me to be able to deliver SFA as a tutor.

I found the course very through provoking and informative and realise how important it is to talk to each other. I am so pleased I completed the course.

I think this has really helped to review the importance of taking the time to actually engage with people and treat them with respect and importance. To give them a spotlight and talk about an abundance of things rather then particular directed questions that may miss important factors. The trainer was very good.
