Very interesting course, I am definitely more aware of signs to look out for, than what I felt I knew prior to this course today.
This course helped me reflect on past experiences of signs of suicidal thoughts and has given me the tools / wisdom to better recognize and ACT.
This course was exceptionally insightful especially with the inclusion of the video and role-play elements.
