A good refresher session

Great course, providing some basic tools to help interact with someone experiencing mental crisis/thinking of suicide.

Amazing and crucial course, I feel more comfortable talking about suicide and knowing the SOP to take to safeguard someone who may be suicidal

Ian made a difficult topic easy to talk about and made it far more accessible and understandable than ever before. I feel more prepared to have these conversations now (although hope I never have to!) and I do think this is something everyone should be trained on.
