I felt this course was very informative and dealt with the issue with care and compassion. I now feel I am able to deal with this situation a lot better and with a better understanding I now have the information to steer someone in the right direction if in the need of help !

A tough topic to cover but Dave made it a great day of interactive and informative learning.

Kate is such a good tutor and excellent at talking to the group and individuals allowing everyone a voice while making everyone feel at ease. She has great empathy and listening skills and makes a very difficult subject/course enjoyable. It shows that Kate is a genuine nice person and caring professional with excellent knowledge.

Such a good course and has given me confidence and tools to know how to have a meaningful & helpful conversation with someone thinking about suicide.

Thanks Colleen, please keep doing these courses. Potentially targeting those who are less open or at ease with these conversations. I noted it was 100% female today...
