Making a difficult subject feel safe, approachable and manageable is the provider’s distinctive strength, according to attendees. They consistently praise knowledgeable, empathetic trainers who explain clearly, invite discussion and create supportive, non-judgemental spaces. I thought the content was very good - a bit difficult to stay focused over Zoom.

Course was very suitable for those dealing directly with somebody dealing with suicide, however, for our purpose of a 6 point plan contact to our staff there may be additional training required so that we can support their well-being for these conversations. The course would be highly recommended for those members of staff.

I think it was a bit too long, perhaps if the session had been in a class room and not on Zoom the length would have been fine. The tutor I thought was very good.

Response: HI Carol Thank you for taking the time to feedback and your supportive comment. I too feel like it is a much more interactive session in a classroom ~ Roll on the time when that can happen again. Take care ~ Keep up the good work ....x
