I felt a lot was packed into the session and it could probably warrant a full day's training. Ideally some of the questions that were responded to in the chat I would have found more beneficial face to face. Considering it is a sensitive topic I think it was delivered well virtually. Thank you Zak.
Professional course and approachable tutors. I feel far more knowledgeable about suicide and how to help someone who might be having these thoughts.
The training materials are a useful reference but some areas needed to be completed by us. If this is intentional (stats etc) then a hard copy would have been useful but we were advised that we did not need to print.
