This is a deep and difficult subject. It was made more approachable with suggested methods etc. I don't think it would have benefitted from being any longer.
Extremely happy with this course and how it was given. Steph is an incredible individual who is able to build trust in a group very quickly; one feels very comfortable sharing their thoughts with them.
Great course. Should be mandatory for all blue light supervisors and managers.
