very good session. Only bit of feedback I would give is, it was very much content heavy. It would of been good to have a more interactive format to allow people to share their concerns or need for further clarification. As there was so much to get through, often when people were mentions their experiences, concerns the tutors, did not encourage further discussion and allow others to feel confident in raising topics of discussion or concerns.

I was so impressed by this training, I genuinely think it’s been the best training I have been on.

It was really informative and gave me the tools I need to be able to help me have caring conversations. The trainer, Zac was knowledgable and passionate on the subject and any questions I had were covered more than sufficiently! Really sensitive subject but got alot from this training! Thanks

The course is well structured but at a level that makes it available to all. Giving the three steps gives me a process to follow and understanding how to phrase some things rather than feel as you've said the wrong thing will be helpful. Being open to knowing more signs of contemplation (probably couldn't have thought of some of them so could miss something) and the film was extremely thought provoking. As a suicide survivor I wish I knew then even a little bit of what I know now.
