From initial contact after registration to final feedback, all admin was swept up and easy to follow. A very slick delivery in general.

The course was very well structured and Joy managed to fit everything in, even though course was only 4 hours. It gave me more confidence to ask the direct question regarding suicide and how to do a plan and support network and be the first aider until we can get more support for person/colleague/customer.

Brilliant course and trainer very approachable.

Great training, I think we need to have an ‘in-house’ session so it is clear who should be managing what in terms for seniors / managers etc.

Couldn't log back in to the last 10 minutes of the session, was logged out due to technical issues with the tutor

Not a comfortable subject but I have learned a lot, including about myself and my own behaviours and thoughts around how I go about dealing with people, should this occur.
