Originally I wasn't sure how I feel about so many of the pages in the workbook not being addressed but then I started seeing it very positively - it shows the weight of practice and theory behind this framework already in place. Simon did his best to engage us, maintained a healthy and productive atmosphere. Ever so slightly deflected on some of the challenges to the theories presented but that's completely normal and expected.

Pleased to learn more about different profiles. Shed light on my weaknesses and think about ways i can tackle them, both in and out of the workplace.

Really interesting course! Helps build up personal strengths and work on those traits that maybe aren’t a strong suit.

Very useful but could be a bit shorter

Good training session. It will improve my interactions with other people. I believe it will give me a chance to better understand other people’s feelings. However I think there was a little too many exercises in pairs (yes, I’m blue 🙃)

It has been very engaging and personal. Great experience and lots of useful information.
