A really great course that mange’s to cover so many elements of the sales process. I would highly recommend this to anyone who need a refresh in their sales technique knowledge, or for someone starting a sales role. Nick was incredible at answering questions and giving tailored advice, I have come away feel much more confident in my sales approach. Thanks so much!

Nick was very good and gave me some new techniques to try. A lot of information to take in but very helpful/useful and I can’t wait to try them to see the outcomes and of course improvements. There were definitely things/questions that I had never thought about asking to gain information to move forward with a prospect

The course and the topics where interesting but I think I would be better to add some role playing activities in the course

I found the course provided a good outline of what is required to move from transactional field sales to Key Account Management and our 2 senior Sales Engineers got a great deal out of it. The trainer, Simon Broom even went the extra mile to focus on our newest team member and provide her with some excellent tips which she is already employing in her day to day

I was a little apprehensive before starting the course as it was on a one to one basis and it was the first time I had undertaken any sales training. Simon was really easy to talk to and excellent at explaining the content to me. I now feel I am better equipped to go into a sales negotiation and will have a lot more confidence that I will come out with a win win deal. I would definitely recommend this course to anybody in a sales role. I will be recommending that my colleagues also take the course.
