I really enjoyed the training and Simon was really interactive and engaging. It has left me with a lot of points that I feel I can go and apply to my day to day account management and sales strategy that are relevant and not too difficult to implement.

A fantastic deep dive into finance which was well demonstrated by Lindsay. Most of the modules are very useful for my day to day role.

Very enjoyable. Kept our attention throughout the day with group exercises and did not restrict us to one room which really broke the day up and kept our attention throughout.

I enjoyed the various activities, all really applicable to both life and work. Really insightful, helped me with my approach towards clients understanding motives first before leading into our services we can offer. This is a more thoughtful and bespoke approach towards handling client relationships as you are acting at their best interest as opposed to working backwards. Good roleplay at the end of the session, definitely want to brush up on my skills as a protagonist.
