I particularly like the comments about managers recognising emotions in their teams.Response : Hello Emma Thank you for your comments on this new podcast with Sukh Pabial. In December we are releasing a second podcast with him, again related to EI, and this time on topic of 'Improving Working Relationships'. Do look out for this one, too! Thank you again.

GOODResponse : Raymond Thanks for the positive feedback. You also have access to 'Feedback: Fixing Performance Problems' in your WATCH & GO library, which is another useful resource that looks at feedback within an organisation. It's one of our longer videos - running for 15-minutes but worth a watch if you are looking for more information on feedback. Regards, Esther

BriefResponse : Paul, Thanks for your feedback. Our aim with the podcasts is to introduce a topic in a concise way - delivering a 10-minute introduction to the topic. The Resilience podcast has a part 2 which follows up the learning messages from this initial podcast. Hope that helps and thanks for taking the time to respond with your feedback, it's always helpful for us to understand what our listeners are feeling about the resources on offer. Regards, Esther
