Respect starts with respect. So we need to be considerate and sensitive towards everybody. We need to understand and accept each others differences and with we could create a more sustainable and improve relationship with our colleagues.

"Smile it's for FREE." I always believe in this quote. Imagine seeing someone smile it could start someone's day. It could ease someone's worries and pain. It could break a negative energy or even bad luck. Just be nice to everyone you encounter because we don't know what is someone is going through. We should always put ourselves into someone else's shoes and think twice before we do something.

Great video on addressing problem performance. I liked that it was realistic - not every problem could be resolved by discussion, but discussing things in the right way gives a better chance of resolution. I gave a three star (neutral) rating to the accompanying content as I haven't yet gone through these.Response : Hi Emer - thanks for your feedback. Knowing what to say when you need to talk to someone about your concern about their performance is probably the thing managers stuggle with most. And it tends to put them off approaching the subject! We aim to portray realistic scenarios managers relate to, and we illustrate phrases they can use themselves in their own conversations. Do have a look at the associated resources too. Thanks for your feedback on the video.
