Feels like a tick box exercise and not training or helpfulResponse : Kara Thanks for your feedback, Our aim in this video was to get people reflecting on the different source of stress, and encourage people to speak up. Our focus in all our videos is to display actors illustrating human behaviours so that it triggers discussion. We keep the majority of videos to between 4 and 5 minutes so that if provides bite-sized learning. Thanks for taking the time to feedback to us, it's useful for us to have a range of feedback, so that we understand whether we have responded to our customers needs. Regards, Esther

Nothing new presented in this video - just "prep for meetings" and "decide if you really need the meeting". It felt outdated.Response : Hi Kelly - thank you for watching and for your feedback. What did you think about the ideas of using walking meetings and choosing different meeting formats for different purposes? Preparing for meetings is always important and it's surprising how often people don't do it. Thanks again. Catherine

I was not included on the correct presentation invite which subsequently meant I was not provided the supplement material (i.e. workbooks). I was print-screening the material that was being shared in the presentation and pasting into the relative editing applications in order to participate. The presenter seemed to go off on tangents in my opinion, which swayed my train of thought for concentrating on the material at hand. The format via video call caused further systems issues and there was a point in the presentation when we were supposed to be concentrating on a video, however the presenters were talking over the top of it because some of the participants could not access the link.
