As an EI practitioner, this was a good introduction to h subject of emotion in the workplace I enjoyed listening to Sukh and also the reflection at the end. I particularly like the comments about managers recognising emotions in their teams.

Feels like a tick box exercise and not training or helpful

Our focus in all our videos is to display actors illustrating human behaviours so that it triggers discussion. We keep the majority of videos to between 4 and 5 minutes so that if provides bite-sized learning.
