I had previously attended a similar course in England some 18 years ago and was left feeling very concerned about possible court appearances - I found the barrister leading the course to be somewhat threatening, sneaky and mean in his questioning. With many subsequent added years of my own professional maturity and experience, and with far better presentation of this course today I was left feeling that now with a better understaning of the processes, and some more practice in the future, the process will be substantially less threatening than earlier. I found my role-playing practice session, as well as listening to others, has been very valuable.

Judi was extremely knowledgeable and had that perfect balance of being both an encouraging educator and an absolute powerhouse of a lawyer. I really felt like I was learning from the best!

Such a useful and thought provoking course. Lots of really useful tips and ideas in how to deal with questions under pressure- I really need to practice this to avoid the feeling of personal attack. Excellent course, gained a much better understanding of courtroom procedure and cross-examination techniques. In particular, the use of a case study on which to be cross-examined on was a superb learning experience and very well pitched.
