Very good course, posed a few questions on further training we need in APHA

The interactive aspects were very good. Having a chance to be put on the spot was good, also watching others be questioned and thinking about feedback for them was helpful

I think it would be beneficial for Bond Solon to have a insolvency service trainer present to be able to link the course to our role as it was difficult for him to be able to answer some questions we have which is no fault of his. I also think the Insolvency Service need to provide better examples or let the trainer know what issues are part of the case and what are just general errors. Some cases had missing documents or errors throughout and it was unclear if that was part of the case or just an error.

I feel that the course material lacked in relevance to role and not enough time was given to preparing for the final test.

This course provided me with an enhanced awareness of the court room setting and my potential role, as an Expert Witness, with in it. Notes and Trainer's presentation and responsiveness were very good. Per haps some video examples (live or mock) of Cross Examinations could be used to illustrate Techniques and Tactics to aid the visual learner. For example video's of poor/good body language, appropriate/inappropriate responses would prepare us better for the real event.

It is not something often done in our role, therefor difficult to be enthusiastic or engaged with the training. This is no fault of Bond Solon or our trainer.

It was interesting and informative and helpful in case of attendance to a court hearing.

Enjoyed training, but length is too long.
