Excellent course, practical parts were tough but very useful Would be good to have a better witness statement to discuss

Excellent. Simon Jelf was a brilliant trainer with so many insights that I have pages of notes to take away. Many thanks to Fay for such a detailed and well delivered training day. Your approach was challenging, but rightly so and you explained everything extremely well. It was hugely beneficial to be able to observe each attendees role play, as I was able to learn a lot from each scenario.
