Richard was amazing, so engaging & kept my interest throughout the whole 2 days. The stories and examples he gave were brilliant & he was so easy to listen to. The materials were excellent, the examples given highly relevant and the preparation and delivery of the cross examination was thorough but did just the right amount of prompting for further work and development but building confidence to continue.
