This course exceeded my expectations before coming here today. The course was engaging and interesting, and was always related back to my job role when appropriate. The course is well thought out and captures the attention of everyone involved really well.

The instructor was very good at relating the training to the professionals in the room. He was approachable and easy to speak to creating a comfortable atmosphere which got everyone involved on the conversation The course was originally 9:30-5 but we finished just after 3 which was good as it covered everything while holding people's interests. I don't think the course needs to run until 5 in future
Really good session that was engaging and enjoyable. The solicitor was very interesting and knowledgeable, keeping me intrigued and improving my knowledge.
Really enjoyed the course. Neil made a potentially intense subject interesting and interactive. Activities were at a reasonable level and it was all relatable to my role.
