very informative and crucial course for understanding and knowing what to write it our documentation, i think it’s very important and an eye-opener when hearing about stories were notes have been used in a legal sense to ensure we are using the appropriate tools for patient safety

Great course, informative yet fun still.

Excellent course. A bit more warning about content would of been useful for me as discussing suicide caught me off guard. I was also unable to notify the trainer individually so he had no idea why I wasn't being asked questions. Pleased the option was there though.

The course is very useful for applying in our daily nursing practice. By doing so, it allows us to maintain thorough documentation, which can serve as evidence for future reference if needed.
