An enjoyable course that was informative without getting too complex with the legal information. The trainer was knowledgeable, friendly and engaging as well as being professional. He was very clear with boundaries of what he was able to help with. The breakout rooms were helpful to have discussions with colleagues. The coroner's court role-play was helpful with the provided feedback. It may be helpful for the trainer to have more knowledge on the policies and systems within the NHS to help with relating it to our roles more, but I understand that this is difficult to do when not working in this field.

I was unsure if I would get anything out of the course for my role, as an administrator, but I have come away wanting to learn more, thought it was really interesting and feel like I can talk with a little more knowledge to the team and also understand more about how you should think about your answers when being questioned.
