I was apprehensive at first but the Trainor was very good and I really enjoyed the session and have taken a lot from it and has given me more insight into how record keeping is imperative not just for legal reasons but also for good patient care.

This course was very useful to understand medical records from a legal perspective and how they may be used. Also provided a clearer understanding of the role of coroner’s court and what may happen if I were to be called.

Neil has been so friendly and informative today. He got whole group involved in many different scenarios of group work which was nice. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand and learn from. Would recommend this course moving forward.

The trainer was great and really brought it home the legal responsibility we have has health professionals. She did well despite most people having their camera off! Thank you!
