The trainer was knowlegable and made the session not boring.

Good organisation to the course and detailed looking at different aspects to documentation and record keeping

Excellent trainer who was friendly and professional and very helpful in answering questions!

Course was very well presented. Would have preferred it to be face to face as some tech issues. Would also have liked some more relevant issues to recording from therapist point of view but may need to ask more questions from our managers.

During this training session, working in groups proved to be the most effective approach for encouraging participants to demonstrate and share their understanding with the rest of the team-

Very information and eye opening of the importance of good record keeping in regards to your role as a clinician.

Would be ideal if the course was more healthcare/medical focused, but I have learned a lot regarding legal documentation
