May last education (other than professional courses) has been some time ago and i was a little apprehensive about this new online way of working. So far i have been able to navigate this ok

It was a great day

A few too many emails- some repetition

Really useful information I feel it would be extremely useful to have live action coaching role plays/recorded sessions that we could watch to look at different models and techniques being used. The slides the trainer had were different to the slides on the sparepoint.

Helen is such a great and energetic trainer who clearly loves what she does and it comes across in the calm and fun delivery of content

A great workshop revisiting some tools and models with plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion.

It was great. Thank you to Jason for running another course for us :)
