Description
The ioda programme is designed as a journey of discovery over
14 to 18 months, taking in a multitude of activities, interventions
and life events whilst undertaking an outstanding coaching
programme.
Our programme delivers a blended learning approach to fully
support each delegate with a dedicated and qualified personal coach
for the entirety of the programme. This is in addition to our
apprenticeship team which consists of trainers, assessors and
administrators, all there to help, support and manage each
Apprentice through their learning journey. Our Apprentices have
access to workshops, webinars, support materials including example
documents, along with the CMI library and learning journeys and are
supported by a team of specialists with a genuine desire for each
Apprentice to succeed.
Due to the relationship that Apprentices develop with their personal
Workplace Coach, the ioda programme is able to provide support to
all aspects of their life, both professional and personal. This
encompasses emotional, academic and professional events, leading
to the successful completion of their coaching apprenticeship.
