Really enjoyable induction, sufficient breaks and the trainer was really engaging.

Very engaging, had some great discussions and I think this was in large part down to the presenters natural charisma & skill in provoking thoughtful reflection and discussion from the group

I really enjoy Helen's sessions she is full of enthusiasm makes the sessions fun.
