Really enjoyed the day

Very useful. Clear schedule for the day and good use of information, learning and activities. Liked it was split into 3 sessions with breaks

Really interesting and informative

Workshop was really interesting, it was really good to have the slides on sharepoint throughout to refer to during the session (disability help). There was a good balance of learning through listening, writing answers in the chat and breakout activities. Claire was a fantastic facilitator, the workshop flowed really well and she clearly knows what she is talking about, not relying on notes. The cohort is also really engaged and supportive.

really helpful session building well on my introductory session the previous week. Feel as though I have now actually started and beginning my coaching journey.

The session was informative and I appreciated the fact the session was split into bite-sized chunks. Nice balance of listening and collaboration with others in break out rooms. Challenging to deliver what's required in a heatwave and maintain full engagement but you achieved this - well done!

Breaks were really good to have, created a good energy for the learning - some sections felt rushed - more practice/different ways to engage would be fun. Claire was brilliant!

I felt very overwhelmed that day. I think because I am a beginner, there was a lot of professionals asking indepth questions and to be honest I felt drained and exhausted.

I enjoyed the learning but found the number of break out rooms quite fatiguing.
