Thank you Jason for today! It was a lot of information to take in and retain but I appreciate the personal experiences that Jason shared - it allowed me to digest the new models and tools a lot easier! Really liked the use of break out rooms and group work - always nice to mingle with my fellow peers! Also loved that Jason provided additional information on slides that he thought would be useful from his experiences and knowledge!

Helen the trainer was a highlight. She was positive, kind and high energy through out. The break out sessions were useful and engaging and just the right amount of time.

Really enjoyed the day. the time to practice and observe coaching is ideal. I always take something away from the practice myself both when observing and actually coaching. It is also a great opportunity to develop reflective practice.
