Great first session to understand.

Really enjoyable workshop, right amount and length of breaks to make it sustainable and lots covered. Breakout rooms really beneficial and Helen was amazing, brought so much energy which is vital when doing online sessions like that.

Energetic, knowledgeable and friendly facilitator which really enhanced the engagement and interaction of the group. The sessions were well structured with good breaks for processing and resting in between.
