For the first module, I found it very engaging, informative and a good mix of telling versus group discussions and comments.

Really good, very informative there was a lot to take in.

Enjoyed the session. Switch gears from coaching to mentoring was somewhat challenging, but mentoring feels more natural in how I'd apply in my work context.

Jason was excellent as usual. There was a lot of information to cover in a short space of time

I really enjoyed the session. The heat had a lot to do with my energy today I still participated. I love how Jason uses examples with models it is easier to understand.

I have learnt so much today especially with the Core coaching skills and behaviors - Acquiring key skills like active listening, building accountability and powerful questioning. Also Explanation of the role of a professional coach -gaining a deeper knowledge of what differentiates a professional coach from a mentor, manager, or trainer. The Breakout sessions and brainstorming with others really made my day in such a way that am able to hear other at the same time contribute to the team.

My favourite session - Some really great discussion within all groups that I was in and as a whole. Martin was really knowledgeable and promoted that thoughtful discussion

The day provided a great foundation for understanding the role of a professional coach.

Today has been fantastic, it's so good to meet all of the other people on the course and hear how different organisations work and also what might not work so well. It is also good to get everyone's different views on how things are approached and different theories.

Great day, great conversation. And learnt a lot!
