I really enjoyed it. I found some if it difficult to take in,but it's because of my learning style

Trainer efficient and straight to point.

Very good new methods discussed and recapping on previous ones.

Extremely enjoyable. Helen is so enthusiastic role modelling rapport building and building a safe environment from the get go. I have learned a lot in a small space of time and feel energised about the course and the learning to come.
