Its nice to have such a serious course with instructors who have a sense of humour.
Ellender delivered the course at a good level. The information and subject matter was very relevant and although the videos were Australian, they were informative and added a different teaching method. Overall a good course.

A very well presented course with a good mixture of videos, discussion and group activities. The instructor, Anne-Marie was very knowledgeable and presented the course in an easy to follow and informative manner. I liked the fact that there were modules to complete by ourselves and that these were re-visited and discussed in the webinars.
Excellent Course. I now feel much more confident in knowing how to deal with a situation when it arises. Thank you
