A very good course, I'd done a similar one previously which I personally found quite distressing so wasn't looking forward to this. But the very serious subject matter was delivered this time in a manner that was informative and professional but without distress to the learner. Thank you.

I found the course to be really interesting, and the workshops to be really thoughtfully led. I definitely feel like I have the confidence to assist someone undergoing a mental health crisis, and understand the warning signs to look for.

Really enjoyed the course. Rachele was a brilliant instructor, delivering the content whilst acknowledging and facilitating the discussion this led to.

I was really pleased with this course, I was a little apprehensive before the course as some of the topics were a little too close to home, however, Rachele was amazing, she lead the course really well and always with our mental health in mind.

This has been a really worthwhile and informative course that will definitely help me in future situations regarding mental health of others and my ability to help them.

Paul and Tamara were patient and knowledgeable. You can tell they are passionate about the work they do which made the training more enjoyable, especially considering the nature of the training.

Was nervous about starting this course but has been very beneficial as I didn't realise that almost everyone I work with has something going on in their lives. I now feel more confident in supporting my friend with their mental illness. Thank you!
