Great course giving me the skills and tools required to potentially help someone in need. Loved the blended learning approach.
Instructor was great, always made sure that if anything discussed was distressing that we were able to take a break if needed. Made sure to keep the discussion going. Breakout rooms were a great way of ensuring we met other people and heard different opinions and suggestions.
Rachele was a great instructor and overall the course was very useful.
