Really good course

Technical isues aside eminating mostly from my lack of skills, I found the course enjoyable . illuminating and helpful. Nick's demeanour and style was a key factor to me. Re empathy and understandng behaviour he walks the talk. Diolch yn fawr.

I found the course really beneficial. It has given me the tools to be able to approach someone who is struggling in the correct way. It would have been helpful to be in the same room but it worked online.
