Layla knew her subject well, she was approachable and explained topics, ground rules etc. clearly and consciously. great course with Layla. i had a few episodes of anxiety last year as i live on alone and was in lockdown alone, this course highlighted that i was depressed slightly. I am now fine hence why i asked by TL to attend. she advised it would be good as i was always aware and very vocal of my feelings, emotions etc. i have learnt a great deal in order to help anyone, but also identify if i ever hit that spot again. One thing on the course material, the quiz's, even if you got one wrong it would come back as "incorrect" and then give u the correct answers. it would be good if the correct ones would stay there and you were given option to correct them

I feel better equipped to support myself and the people around me. The course has given me confidence and increased my knowledge to enable me to provide support within the MHFA remit.

Layla made the course enjoyable and welcoming. The material was engaging and insightful. I feel totally prepared after it.
