It was a great course, despite being online. Classroom in person would have brought more chat and anecdotes, but Stephanie managed the breakouts rooms and promoted interaction really well - thank you!

Modules could be more interactive, videos also could be shorter and perhaps British or not just Australian, perhaps could be a mixture of accents, more diverse.

I understand the reasons why we are unable to have a copy of the manual that we have used for the course....however, is there a way to still be able to access if you moved jobs for instance? Would you only be able to do this from the email that you registered with? thanks

A very enjoyable and interesting course. The content was in depth and very interesting. Before the training my overall knowledge in this area was very limited and this course has really helped me to understand situations people may face in their life and how I can now assist and offer help knowing that I have a good understanding and valid information from doing this course. Stephanie was an excellent tutor and made the whole experience easy to get involved in, ask questions, open up and not be afraid to share experiences. Thank you

well thought out and organised course, very interesting and will help significantly in and outside of work. Steph was a great instructor, there was a nice ease feeling to the webinars and was made interesting by the use of breakout rooms. i also enjoyed the modules prior to each session.

I really enjoyed the course, I was surprised by some of the Statistics and feel prepared and on signs to look out for depression etc
