Thank you so much Layla. I really enjoyed the course and the mixture of the E-Learning and the live webinar. There was a very good balance of group discussion and listening. You were an excellent trainer with a high level of knowledge. I feel more prepared when supporting mental health in the workplace.

I feel that the course was designed to allow existing prejudices and assumptions about mental health to be discussed and changed to allow us to perform our responsibilities and duties as Mental Health First Aiders. I feel much better equipped to assess, approach and assist persons who may be in crisis.

The course is well run and clearly illustrates the role of a MHFA and helps prepare you on how to act in various situations. Additionally, the manual is a valuable tool to have as it allows for me to go back over what was taught during the MHFA course.

I thought this course was managed and delivered extremely well by Rob and Edward. They both were very easy to talk to and I felt the break out rooms were a great idea to get people talking and feeling comfortable with each other!
