Excellent course, it has given me the confidence to approach, individuals and the tools to support them.

Lisa is an amazing and thorough trainer, with tons of personality and light and shade in the way that she administers the training.

Such a great learning experience, facilitated by two very experienced professionals. They both made the training very interesting, I found the break out rooms were beneficial in allowing discussion in smaller groups and meeting new people. The content of the course has most definitely given me much more knowledge and confidence within mental health and I would like to thank both Laura and Clare for such a positive learning experience.

An informative course held in a relaxed and friendly way which reflected the interest of the group. Ellender knew her stuff, managed group discussions well and established a learning environment that suited content which could be difficult to process. Friendly, relevant and informative, what a good course should be.

Fantastic course and tutor. The course itself I think I will revisit often in order to keep it fresh in my mind and to really have a good understanding. The course surpassed my expectations.

The instructor knew his subject instructing with a passion that only a knowledgable person could do. There were no awkward silences and due to his mannerisms the course waa made even more interesting and the time flew by.

This was my first ever webinar, so I was a little anxious to be honest, but Ellender was a brilliant instructor and I really enjoyed the course and the interaction with the other participants.
