A very worthwhile course. Both instructors were very inclusive and involved all participants. Could be made more widely available.
Really enjoyed the interactive meetings and the way in which the facilitators delivered both sessions. Great to have lots of break out rooms and discussions and I really enjoyed learning through the modules and reflecting on these through the zoom meetings. Great to also have the videos to to watch to visualise what people are experiencing and the discussions following these. always had an opportunity to express our views and opinions. Really great training - Thank you Nina and Lisa :)

We did not have Donna for the first session but Belinda :) Both Belinda and Layla were amazing and obviously very knowledgeable on the subject matter. Great tutors !

Very informative , i never really understood the complexity of some Mental heath disorders and diversity of the symptoms , but feel that i now have enough knowledge to make a difference and be the 1st point of contact for anybody suffering from these ,and will now hopefully be able to point them in the right direction on their way to recovery
Unfortunately we didn't have Donna as an instructor. We did however have Belinda and she was also 5 stars!!
